Flowering starts at the end of May and lasts into July; after cutting back it often flowers again. When fully grown it reaches about 40 to 50 cm. The plants come in a ø9 cm pot.

In a sunny border it creates a crisp purple line, and it combines well with ornamental grasses, roses and yellow-flowering perennials. Bees and butterflies flock to it. Plant it in full sun, in well-drained soil. Once established it copes well with drought. The plant is hardy and dies back above ground in winter.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0935/6430/5754/files/salie-salvia-nemorosa-ostfriesland-studio.jpg?v=1792258473
