We are the specialist in large and XXL plants: houseplants, palms, olive trees, trees and outdoor plants. No windowsill plants, but mature eye-catchers that immediately complete a room.
Are your plants really fresh from the grower?
Are your plants really fresh from the grower?
Yes. We don't store anything in a warehouse. Your plant will only be removed from the greenhouse after your order and sent directly to you, directly from a professional grower from our European network.
How do I know how big a plant really is?

The exact height (including pot) and pot diameter are stated for each plant. Are you unsure whether it will fit? Use the 'Will this fit in my room?' button on the product page and immediately see it compared to your ceiling.

Plants are natural products, so no two are exactly alike. Leaf position and shape may differ slightly from the sample photo. The height and pot match what you order. Is there really anything different? Send us a message.

Choose your plant, select the size and possibly a matching pot or a personal greeting card, put it in your shopping cart and pay. Done.

You can pay safely with well-known methods such as iDEAL, credit card and Wero. During checkout you will see all available options for your country.

Send us a message as soon as possible. As long as your plant has not yet been removed from the greenhouse, we are happy to adjust it for you.

Yes. When ordering, simply add a greeting card with a personal message, ideal if the plant is a gift.

You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after your order. As soon as your plant is on its way, we will send you a track & trace.

Your plant will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days. We take it fresh from the greenhouse and immediately hand it over to the delivery person.

Free shipping from €75. For orders below this we charge €6.95 within the Netherlands.
How are such large plants packaged?

In a sturdy box specially designed for plants. The plant and the potting soil are protected and secured, so that everything arrives fresh, healthy and without damage.
Who will deliver my plant?

Depending on the size, we ship with PostNL or DHL. We deliver the largest specimens with a specialized delivery service.

Certainly. Once your plant has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace so you know exactly when it will arrive.

Each species needs something different. You will find care tips on every product page, and in our plant guides we explain exactly how much water and light each plant needs.

No, that's normal. A plant needs some time to get used to its new place (light, temperature, moisture). Give it a few weeks to acclimatize before you get scared.
How often should I water?

That depends on the species, location and season. Rule of thumb: feel with your finger whether the soil is dry before watering. Too wet is often more harmful than too dry.

Your plant comes in a growing pot and can remain there for a while. Do you want to put it in a decorative pot? That can be done immediately. You can find tips for repotting in our plant guides.

Some yes, some no. On the product page and in the 'Animal-friendly plants' collection you can see which plants are safe for your dog or cat.

Plants are living natural products, which is why we cannot take them back like a standard product. You can return accessories such as pots within 14 days.

We stand for the quality of our plants. Does your plant not arrive healthy, or does something go wrong within a short time that is not due to the care? Then we will solve it together.

Annoying! In case of transport damage, we will send a replacement free of charge. Report it within 14 days via message with your order number and a few photos (the entire plant plus a detail of the damage).
