Shipping policy
Delivery time
The grower prepares your plant after you order and sends it straight to you. Your order usually arrives within 4 to 5 working days. The very largest plants sometimes take a day longer. Delivery to Austria, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Denmark and Poland takes a few days longer. You'll receive a track & trace by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the total weight of your order. You'll always see the exact amount in your cart before you check out. In the Netherlands you pay €6.95, and shipping is free from €99. In Belgium shipping is also free from €99. You'll find a full overview by country at xxlplant.com/pages/bezorgen-en-retouren.
Countries
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Denmark and Poland. Not every product is available in every country. On the website you'll only see products we can deliver to your country.
Delivery
Depending on the size, we deliver with PostNL or DHL. We deliver the largest plants with a specialist delivery service. We deliver right to your front door.
Damage on delivery
If the packaging is visibly damaged on receipt, refuse the delivery or ask the courier to note the damage. Report damage to the contents as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of receipt, via info@xxlplant.com, with photos and your order number. For transport damage, we'll send a free replacement or refund you.
