Frequently asked questions
How is a two-metre plant delivered?

The plant travels upright in a tall, sturdy plant box and is delivered to your front door. In the Netherlands, it arrives within 4 to 5 working days. The largest sizes come on a pallet.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders from €75, but only within the Netherlands. For all other countries, you'll see the shipping costs in your cart before you pay.

Will I get exactly the height stated?

We measure from the bottom of the pot to the highest leaf. Plants are living things, so allow for a few centimetres either way.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Take photos of the packaging, the whole plant and the damage, and email them with your order number to info@xxlplant.com. If the damage happened in transit, you'll get a new plant free of charge.

Can I return a plant?

We can't accept returns of live plants. Not sure about the size? Check the height and pot size on the product page, or ask us before you order.

Does it come with a decorative pot?

The plant comes in a nursery pot. You choose a decorative pot separately, so you decide on the size and colour yourself.
