Not satisfied with your flowerpot or accessory? You can return it within 14 days of receipt . Please ensure that the product:

In the same condition as when you received it

Returning plants – why not?
Plants are living products. This means they are sensitive to light, temperature, humidity, and care. Once a plant leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any control over its conditions. To ensure the health of our plants and prevent waste, plants cannot be returned or exchanged .

Shipping stress can temporarily affect a plant's appearance

We package our plants with the utmost care to ensure they reach you in good health.

How do returns work?

Send an email to customerservice@xxlplant.com with your order number and what you want to return.

We will send you instructions and the return address.

Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund you within 5 working days via the original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
