Your plant comes straight from the grower. The grower only prepares it once you've placed your order, packs it securely and sends it to your door. Here's when it arrives, what it costs and how it all works.
Delivery time
Delivery time does not depend on the day you order:

This applies to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and France. The very largest plants sometimes take a day longer. Delivery to Austria, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Denmark and Poland takes a few days longer. As soon as your plant is on its way, you'll get an email with the track & trace details.

How we deliver large plants

The grower prepares your plantOnce you've ordered, your plant goes straight from the greenhouse into the box. So it hasn't spent weeks sitting in a warehouse.

Packed securelyWe use a box designed specially for plants. The plant and potting soil are held firmly in place, so nothing shifts in transit.

On its way with the right carrierDepending on the size, we ship with PostNL or DHL. We deliver the very largest plants with a specialist delivery service.

Right to your doorThe track & trace shows you when your plant will arrive. The courier leaves your plant at your front door. Large plants are heavy, so make sure you have help carrying it inside.
When your plant arrives
Unpack your plant the same day and place it somewhere bright, out of direct sun. Does the box look badly damaged when it arrives? Read what to do first. Losing a leaf or two in the first few weeks is normal: your plant is settling into its new spot.
Returns
You can return artificial plants, pots and accessories within 14 days. We can't take back living plants. Read all about it on Returns.
