Delivery and Returns
Delivery
- Free delivery for orders over €75. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €6.95 will be charged.
- Delivery time: usually 3-4 working days. This may be slightly longer for large plants.
- We pack every plant with the utmost care; large plants are delivered by a specialized delivery service.
- You will receive a track & trace link once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Accessories and flowerpots can be returned within 14 days (unused, in original packaging). Plants are living products and are therefore not returnable. Read more on Exchanges & Returns.
Problem with your plant? Here's how we'll resolve it
Plants are not returnable, but we will not leave you with transport damage. If your plant was damaged during transport, please report it within 14 days of receipt via klantenservice@xxlplant.com:
- Send a photo of the entire plant clearly showing the damage (and a photo with a tape measure if you are unsure about the size).
- Please state your order number.
In case of demonstrable transport damage, we will arrange a replacement free of charge. This way, you can order a large plant with peace of mind.
