The asparagus fern (Asparagus setaceus) has fine, flat branches that grow in horizontal layers, creating a soft, airy whole. Despite its name, it is not a fern but a member of the asparagus family. This plant is 70 cm tall including the nursery pot and comes in a pot of ø27 cm.

The fine greenery looks lovely against an empty wall, on a sideboard or in a bright bathroom. It needs light without harsh midday sun and potting soil that never dries out completely, otherwise the needles will fall off. Keep the soil lightly moist and give slightly less water in winter. The asparagus fern is toxic to cats and dogs. It is supplied in its nursery pot; choose a decorative pot separately.
