Details

Six young tropical houseplants in pot ø6 cm, including a Monstera 'Thai Constellation' and three Philodendrons. For your own plant corner on a cabinet or windowsill.

Species: Monstera, Philodendron and Peperomia · Contents: 6 plants · Pot size: ø6 cm per plant · Height: approx. 10-15 cm

The Baby Tropical Mix of 6 plants consists of young tropical houseplants, each in a pot of ø6 cm and approximately 10 to 15 cm tall. The set includes a Monstera deliciosa, a Monstera 'Thai Constellation' with creamy white speckled leaves, the Philodendrons 'Florida Beauty', 'Neon' and 'Brasil', and a Peperomia prostrata with small, round leaves.

With this set, you can create your own plant corner on a bookcase or windowsill without bright sun and watch the plants grow. They like bright to semi-shaded, warm conditions. Water when the top layer of soil is dry and check the small pots more often than larger plants. Monstera and Philodendron are toxic to cats and dogs.

Delivery

Shipping a two-metre plant takes more than a box and some tape. That's why we do it differently from an ordinary online shop.

How your plant arrives in one piece

Fresh from the greenhouse
Your plant does not sit in a warehouse for weeks. The grower only takes it out of the greenhouse after you order and prepares it straight away.
Packed securely
In a box made for plants. Plant and soil are secured and a protective sleeve keeps the leaves intact, so nothing shifts on the way.
Protected from heat and frost
Is it very hot or freezing outside? Then we add a cold pack or heat pack to the box, so the weather doesn't affect your plant on the way.
The right carrier for every size
Smaller plants are delivered by PostNL or DHL. The very largest plants travel upright on a pallet with a specialist carrier.
You know exactly when it arrives
As soon as your plant is on its way, you receive track & trace by email, so you can make sure someone is home and, for a large plant, someone to help carry it in.

Frequently asked questions about Monstera, Philodendron en Peperomia

The questions we're asked most about this plant. Can't find yours? Our plant experts are happy to help.

Ask your question

Which plants are included in the Baby Tropical Mix of 6 plants?

You receive a Monstera deliciosa, a Monstera 'Thai Constellation', a Philodendron 'Florida Beauty', a Philodendron 'Neon', a Philodendron 'Brasil' and a Peperomia prostrata. Each plant is in a pot of ø6 cm.

How large are the plants in the Baby Tropical Mix?

They are approximately 10 to 15 cm tall in a pot of ø6 cm. They are young plants that you can grow large yourself.

Where should you place the Baby Tropical Mix?

In a bright spot without strong afternoon sun, such as on a bookcase or shelf not too far from the window. The variegated Thai Constellation and Florida Beauty need the most light.

When should you repot the plants from the Baby Tropical Mix?

When roots grow out of the bottom of the pot or the soil dries out very quickly. Then move the plant to a pot a few centimetres larger, preferably in spring or summer.

Are the plants from the Baby Tropical Mix toxic to cats and dogs?

Monstera and Philodendron are toxic to cats and dogs because of the calcium oxalate in the leaves. Peperomia is not toxic. Keep the set out of reach if you have pets.

How often should you water the Baby Tropical Mix?

Water when the top layer of soil feels dry, often once or twice a week in summer. The Peperomia can be kept a little drier than the Monsteras and Philodendrons.
