Aglaonema 'Red Valentine', also known as Chinese evergreen, is a houseplant with pink to rosy-red foliage and dark green markings along the edges. This is a young plant, 12 cm tall including the nursery pot, in a ø6 cm pot.

Its small size makes it suitable for a windowsill, desk or among books in a cabinet. It is a pleasant plant if you are just starting out, because it is undemanding. Place it in bright light without harsh sun; in a dark corner, the pink becomes less vibrant. Water when the top layer of potting compost is dry and do not leave it standing in a wet saucer. Keep it warm and away from draughts. Aglaonema is toxic to cats and dogs.
