Species: Hydrangea petiolaris · Quantity: 4 plants · Height: 65 cm · Pot: ø15 cm

The climbing hydrangea, Hydrangea petiolaris, is a climbing plant for covering an exterior wall, fence or trellis. You receive 4 plants, 65 cm tall, each in a pot of ø15 cm. Thanks to the package, you can plant several spots along a long wall or boundary and gradually distribute the growth.

Plant the climbing hydrangea in a sheltered spot in the garden and give young plants a trellis, wire or fence as support. As a general guideline, keep about 50 cm between the plants. Water during dry periods, especially after planting, and ensure excess water can drain away. The soil may be moist, but should not remain wet for long periods.

Delivery

Shipping a two-metre plant takes more than a box and some tape. That's why we do it differently from an ordinary online shop.

How your plant arrives in one piece

Fresh from the greenhouse
Your plant does not sit in a warehouse for weeks. The grower only takes it out of the greenhouse after you order and prepares it straight away.
Packed securely
In a box made for plants. Plant and soil are secured and a protective sleeve keeps the leaves intact, so nothing shifts on the way.
Protected from heat and frost
Is it very hot or freezing outside? Then we add a cold pack or heat pack to the box, so the weather doesn't affect your plant on the way.
The right carrier for every size
Smaller plants are delivered by PostNL or DHL. The very largest plants travel upright on a pallet with a specialist carrier.
You know exactly when it arrives
As soon as your plant is on its way, you receive track & trace by email, so you can make sure someone is home and, for a large plant, someone to help carry it in.

When will your plant arrive?
