Het mag wel wat plant vriendelijker worden bezorgd. De plant kwam een beetje beschadigd aan. Door dat de bladeren op een onjuiste manier in de doos waren gestopt. Verder is het een mooie plant.

Frequently asked questions about Rubus idaeus, Vaccinium corymbosum, Actinidia deliciosa, Rubus fruticosus
The questions we're asked most about this plant. Can't find yours? Our plant experts are happy to help.
Ask your questionWhich plants are in the Summer Fruits fruit plant set?
The set contains four organically grown fruit plants: raspberry (Rubus idaeus), blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum), a self-fertile kiwi (Actinidia deliciosa) and blackberry (Rubus fruticosus). On delivery they are about 20 cm tall.
What soil does the blueberry from the Summer Fruits set need?
Blueberry only grows well in acidic soil. Plant it in ericaceous compost or put it in a pot with soil for acid-loving plants, and preferably use rainwater. In ordinary garden soil it gets yellow leaves and little fruit.
Where do you plant the fruit plants from the Summer Fruits set?
In a sunny to partly shaded spot with soil that drains well. Raspberry, blackberry and kiwi need wires, a trellis or a fence to grow along.
When do you harvest from the Summer Fruits set?
You harvest raspberries and blueberries in summer, blackberries in late summer and kiwis in late autumn. These are young plants, so the first harvest may take a season.
Are the plants from the Summer Fruits set hardy?
Raspberry, blueberry and blackberry are fully hardy. The kiwi is more sensitive as a young plant; protect it with fleece in severe frost, especially if it is in a pot.
How is the Summer Fruits fruit plant set delivered?
Your plants are shipped upright in their own plant box, with the pots secured. In frost or heat a heat pack or cold pack is included. Order from Sunday to Wednesday and you will usually have them within 2-3 working days; from Thursday to Saturday usually within 4-5 working days (Netherlands only).
