Acer palmatum 'Jerre Schwartz' is a compact Japanese maple with small, palmate leaves. In spring the new leaves emerge dark red, in summer they turn greener and in autumn they colour red to orange. This plant is about 70 cm tall including nursery pot and comes in a ø19 cm pot.

Thanks to its steady growth it fits well in a pot on a patio or balcony, in a small garden or at the front of the border. Place it in sun or partial shade, sheltered from strong wind and harsh midday sun, in humus-rich soil that does not dry out. The maple is hardy and loses its leaves in winter.
