Japanese maple 'Orange Dream' (Acer palmatum) is a compact maple with hand-shaped leaves in shades of bright orange to yellow. You receive a plant about 70 cm tall including the nursery pot, in a ø19 cm pot.

This Japanese maple grows compactly and therefore fits in a pot on the patio or balcony, in a small garden or in the border. The young leaves emerge orange, turn more yellow in summer and take on warm orange tones again in autumn. Place it in a sheltered spot in partial shade, out of the harsh midday sun and cold, drying wind. The soil or potting compost should stay slightly moist but drain well. It is hardy and drops its leaves in autumn.
