Species: Acer palmatum 'Orange Dream' · Height: 50 cm (including nursery pot) · Pot size: ø19 cm

The Japanese maple 'Orange Dream' is an Acer palmatum with distinctive, deeply cut foliage. This outdoor plant is 50 cm tall, including nursery pot, and is grown in a pot of ø19 cm. It looks great as a specimen plant in a border, next to a terrace or in a spacious pot in a sheltered spot.

Choose a location in partial shade, away from strong midday sun. Water regularly so that the soil does not dry out but also does not remain wet. An airy, well-drained and slightly acidic soil suits a Japanese maple well. Feed in spring and early summer according to the instructions on the packaging.

Delivery

Shipping a two-metre plant takes more than a box and some tape. That's why we do it differently from an ordinary online shop.

How your plant arrives in one piece

Fresh from the greenhouse
Your plant does not sit in a warehouse for weeks. The grower only takes it out of the greenhouse after you order and prepares it straight away.
Packed securely
In a box made for plants. Plant and soil are secured and a protective sleeve keeps the leaves intact, so nothing shifts on the way.
Protected from heat and frost
Is it very hot or freezing outside? Then we add a cold pack or heat pack to the box, so the weather doesn't affect your plant on the way.
The right carrier for every size
Smaller plants are delivered by PostNL or DHL. The very largest plants travel upright on a pallet with a specialist carrier.
You know exactly when it arrives
As soon as your plant is on its way, you receive track & trace by email, so you can make sure someone is home and, for a large plant, someone to help carry it in.

When will your plant arrive?

4–5working days after you order
