Chamaedorea elegans, also called parlour palm or dwarf palm, is a small palm with graceful, feathered dark-green leaves that grow upwards from the base. You receive two plants, 55 cm tall including nursery pot, each in a pot of ø17 cm.

It is an indoor palm that does well in a spot with indirect light, even a little further from the window. This makes it suitable for a living room, bedroom or office. Direct sunlight burns the leaves. Allow the top layer of soil to dry before watering and do not leave water standing in the pot, as this causes root rot. According to the ASPCA, Chamaedorea elegans is non-toxic to cats and dogs.
