Details

Two pre-grown sedum mats of 50 by 30 cm with a mix of stonecrop varieties. Hardy and drought-resistant, for a small green roof, a front garden strip or a sunny border.

This set contains two sedum mats of 50 by 30 cm, together covering about 0.3 m². Each mat is pre-grown with a mix of different stonecrop varieties, which together form a dense, low green carpet with colour accents and flower in summer.

The flowers attract bees and other insects. The mats are suitable for a small green roof on a shed, a front garden strip or a bare spot in the border. Sedum is hardy, tolerates drought well and grows best in a sunny spot. Lay the mats on a well-draining base and water them regularly for the first few weeks after laying, so they establish. After that they need little work; pruning or feeding usually isn't necessary.

Delivery

Shipping a two-metre plant takes more than a box and some tape. That's why we do it differently from an ordinary online shop.

How your plant arrives in one piece

Fresh from the greenhouse
Your plant does not sit in a warehouse for weeks. The grower only takes it out of the greenhouse after you order and prepares it straight away.
Packed securely
In a box made for plants. Plant and soil are secured and a protective sleeve keeps the leaves intact, so nothing shifts on the way.
Protected from heat and frost
Is it very hot or freezing outside? Then we add a cold pack or heat pack to the box, so the weather doesn't affect your plant on the way.
The right carrier for every size
Smaller plants are delivered by PostNL or DHL. The very largest plants travel upright on a pallet with a specialist carrier.
You know exactly when it arrives
As soon as your plant is on its way, you receive track & trace by email, so you can make sure someone is home and, for a large plant, someone to help carry it in.

When will your plant arrive?
