Het mag wel wat plant vriendelijker worden bezorgd. De plant kwam een beetje beschadigd aan. Door dat de bladeren op een onjuiste manier in de doos waren gestopt. Verder is het een mooie plant.

Veelgestelde vragen over Snowdrop bulbs Elwesii
De vragen die we het vaakst krijgen over deze plant. Staat jouw vraag er niet bij? Onze plantexperts helpen je graag.
Stel je vraagWhen do you plant snowdrop bulbs?
Plant snowdrop bulbs in autumn, from September to the end of November. The earlier, the better, because the small bulbs dry out quickly. They already flower in February and March.
How deep do you plant snowdrop bulbs?
Plant snowdrop bulbs 5 to 8 centimetres deep, with the tip pointing up. Preferably plant them in small groups, which looks more natural than rows.
How many snowdrop bulbs do you need per m²?
With a planting distance of 8 to 10 centimetres, you need about 120 snowdrops per square metre. Use the calculator on this page to convert your area into a number of bulbs.
Can you plant snowdrops in a pot?
You can, in a pot with humus-rich soil that does not dry out. Snowdrops look their best in open ground under trees and shrubs, where they can spread.
Do snowdrops come back every year?
Yes, snowdrops come back every year and slowly naturalise into large clumps. In the first year after planting, flowering is sometimes still modest. You can divide and replant large clumps after flowering.
