Het mag wel wat plant vriendelijker worden bezorgd. De plant kwam een beetje beschadigd aan. Door dat de bladeren op een onjuiste manier in de doos waren gestopt. Verder is het een mooie plant.

Frequently asked questions about Trachelospermum
The questions we're asked most about this plant. Can't find yours? Our plant experts are happy to help.
Ask your questionHow fast does star jasmine grow?
Star jasmine grows steadily for the first few years and then faster, once the roots are well established. With support it can cover a fence or pergola substantially after a few years. You receive 3 plants of 65 cm tall in a ø15 cm pot.
Is star jasmine hardy?
In the ground and in a sheltered spot, star jasmine can withstand a considerable spell of frost. In pots the roots freeze more quickly; in severe frost, place them against a wall, wrap the pot or cover the plant with fleece.
Where do you plant star jasmine?
In a spot in sun or partial shade, out of cold wind, for example against a south- or west-facing wall, fence or pergola. Give the plant wires or a trellis to twine around.
When does star jasmine flower?
Star jasmine flowers in summer with white, star-shaped flowers that are strongly scented. The sunnier the spot, the richer the flowering. The plant is usually not yet in flower on delivery.
How often do you water star jasmine?
Keep the soil slightly moist, especially in the first year and during dry summers. In pots the soil dries out quickly; check regularly and water as soon as the top few centimetres are dry.
How is star jasmine delivered?
Your plants are shipped upright in their own plant box, with the pots secured. In frost or heat, a heat pack or cold pack is included. If you order from Sunday to Wednesday, you usually receive them within 2-3 working days; from Thursday to Saturday usually within 4-5 working days (only in the Netherlands).
